Who We Help

Impact measurement has historically been seen as expensive and complex, and doing that in a participatory way with an equity lens can seem impossible. That’s where we come in.

A note from our Founder

My diverse experiences as an evaluator have taught me that real change can only happen through trust-building, meaningful partnerships and utilization of many kinds of data to inform our plans and decisions.

With every client and project, I apply a realistic equity lens to impact measurement by listening to truly understand your perspective, context, and story. 

My process helps you account for all the complexities, cultural and beyond, involved in your mission and vision. This deep understanding builds trust and enables good working relationships, while preventing wasted time, money, and effort, ensuring that we avoid harming the community you intend to help. 

My goal is simple: to help you do good work even better.  You will walk away from our engagement with a clear understanding of your contribution to the social change that you are aiming for, and how to measure, evidence, learn from, and communicate about it.

When we are finished working together, you will have a concrete understanding of what you are doing and why, as well as how you are going to achieve your vision. You will also have the internal process or infrastructure you need to continue to do this work efficiently. Your vision will be built into your team culture and integrated with your weekly, monthly, and quarterly practices so that everyone can move cohesively in the direction of measurable and equitable social change.
